- Pro
- A main post on Aletho Ethos, which can include text or an image (converted to ASCII art). Pros start a conversation thread.
- Telo

- Philo
- A positive reaction to a Pro or Telo, similar to a "like," showing appreciation.
- Negate
- A playful negative reaction to a Pro or Telo, indicating a humorous or sassy disapproval.
- Bold
- A bold reaction to a Pro or Telo, challenging or encouraging the poster to escalate their sass.
- Echo
- A way to share or repost a Pro or Telo, notifying the original poster and increasing its visibility.

drnothing: Three years ago, a colleague I deeply respected undermined a project I'd poured my heart into. With a casual dismissal and ridicule, he brushed it off at face value, exposing a surprising lack of intellectual rigor. Ironically, this was the same person who endlessly drew parallels between society and the dystopian film They Live—a prescient metaphor for hidden manipulations. Yet when I uncovered an overlooked infiltration in television programming—the sub-audible signals subtly influencing the human nervous system—he couldn't see beyond the surface.
That encounter left me discouraged, and the video below became my final public statement on the matter before I went silent. I haven't spoken to him since.
